Our support department is workingthrough all of our help desk tickets, will be 100% current very shortly.So, thank you for your patience, and know that at this point, the responsetime for our Help Desk will increase significantly.

As far as the most efficient use of the Help Desk, we are trying toreserve the Help Desk for the submission and resolution of technicalissues, such as login access, account maintenance and signup informationonly.

We ask that any questions related to the compensation plan or othergeneral, non-technical questions be directed to the forums and to the conference calls.
